LYNX  Cage and Rack Washers are heavy duty, large capacity, hydro-spray washers designed for

thorough, efficient cleaning of cages, racks, debris pans, and miscellaneous items used in the

care of laboratory animals. Pit mounting is standard. Also available floor mounted with shallow

sump and minimal incline loading ramps.

Available with heated blower drying Lynx tunnel washers come in standard in 24, 30, 36, 42 or 48 inch conveyor belt widths.  Custom widths are also available to meet your application needs.  Designed for maximum throughput in cage washing intensive environments.  Integrated waste dump stations and automatic bedding dispensers are also available as freestanding units or incorporated into a complete vacuum bedding management system.

Heavy duty, single chamber, hydro-spray washers designed for thorough, efficient cleaning of cages, debris pans, bottles, feeder bowls, wire lids, enrichment devices and miscellaneous items used in the care of laboratory animals.  Available with several options including double door pass-thru, Lynx Opti-Wash™ System, and electric or steam heating. Comes in several wash chamber sizes to meet your particular space and capacity needs.

Laboratory Glassware/Utensil Washer 

The Scientek SW4600 Glassware Washer is a heavy-duty, high volume, single chamber, cabinet style washer designed for thorough and efficient cleaning of laboratory glassware, utensils, and miscellaneous items used in research and healthcare facilities.  Available with several options including double door pass-thru, integral drying system and dual level washing to accommodate all types of ware.  Select the baskets and spindles that meet your particular needs.  The 700 series  conveyerized dispensers automatically deliver bedding materials into animal cages as they are conveyed from a tunnel washer. Bedding volume is adjustable to accommodate  various caging sizes and desired bedding depth. The dispensers handle most free-flowing solid bedding materials commonly used in the animal care industry.  Manual fill or can be integrated into bulk bedding delivery systems.  Freestanding semi-automatic Bedding Dispensers - The 710/720 models are semi- automatic freestanding units in 2 or 4 cage versions. The dispensers handle most free- flowing solid bedding materials commonly used in the animal care industry. Bedding volume is adjustable to accommodate  various caging sizes and desired bedding depth.  Manual fill or can be integrated into bulk bedding delivery systems.  The LYNX Waste Bedding Disposal System removes waste bedding materials via pneumatic technology to a remote waste container.  Using an integrated Waste Bedding Dump Station and Metering Screw Feeder the dirty bedding is transfered at a steady rate that prevents clogging in the all stainless steel tubing.  Includes an Allergen Dust Collector, Sealed Waste Container, Odor Control Filter and Micro-computer Control System. The LYNX Clean Bedding Delivery System  delivers fresh, free flowing, bedding material via pneumatic technology to a variety of dispensing machines.  A patent pending floor mounted Bulk Bag Unloading Station eliminates dangerous chain hoist overhead handling. Bedding is delivered via a Stainless Steel Tube Network with a Filtered Material Receiver, Dispenser Interface and Micro-computer Control System with Modem Package.

Model 220BG Decontamination Chamber

The LYNX Model 220BG Decontamination Chamber is a dedicated air-tight chamber designed to accept vapor or gaseous sterilants (chlorine dioxide or VHP) for high-level disinfection and/or sterilization of racks, ventilated caging systems/blowers, computers, electronics, medical devices, instrumentation, and other miscellaneous items at ambient temperatures.

Model 100LX Bottle Filler

The LYNX Model 100LX Feeder Bottle Filler is a manifold type filler designed for filling basket

loads of feeder bottles used in the care of laboratory animals. All Stainless Steel Construction

with Individual Spray Jets on Quick-disconnect Filler Manifolds for different basket

configurations.

LYNX Bottle Wash Cart

The LYNX Bottle Wash Cart is designed to couple with the washing system of the LYNX Cage and Rack Washers to process multiple bottle baskets without the need for a separate bottle washer.

Model CR-79 Cage Wash Rack

LYNX Wash Racks are versatile, heavy-duty, stainless steel racks designed to securely hold rodent cages, debris pans, and/or cage floors for thorough, efficient cleaning in a walk-in type Cage and Rack Washer. Easily adjustable and rotates on it’s own axis for easy loading of both sides in tight spaces.
